All of our watches come with a 30-Day return policy. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can send the watch back for a full refund of the purchase price (unfortunately special order items are not refundable).

All Swiss watches come with a 3 year in-store warranty. See watch descriptions for further information. The industry standard warranty covers all mechanical functions of your watch. It does not cover wear and tear, straps, finishes, bracelets, crystals, crowns, or broken, damaged or scratched watches.

Because K.C. Jewelry Co./1watches.com is not an authorized Swiss Watch dealer, the warranty on these watches is only valid at K.C. Jewelry Co./1watches.com whether in or out of warranty, and must be sent directly to us. Watches cannot be sent to their respective manufacturers.

Trained watchmakers are available 6 days a week. Most watches shall be returned to you within 1-2 weeks.
