We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The watch must not be worn and be in its original condition. It cannot be scratched, blemished, or sizes. It must be returned with all original packaging materials, etc.

We will not accept any watch indicating that it was used; if that is the case the watch will be returned to you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to grand refunds or exchanges on special ordered items.

In order to process your return promptly, you are required to call K.C. Jewelry Co./1watches.com at (213) 629-8061 to obtain a Return Authorization (R/A) Number. This number must be printed on the outside of the package. Returned items without this number will not be accepted. Please return a copy of the sales receipt and keep the original for your records. Shipping must be prepaid and insured for watches full value via UPS or Federal Express. Ship returns to:
